700B A233 3031 3932 3437 3531 3701
This is saying that it is 12 octets long, I always start at the end, throw out the "3"s and that is you number.
This example was ab out bound call dialing 301-924-7517.
On an inbound call you would look at the same way.
If you want to see the ANI look for a 6C it will be in the same format.
I found this on Layer 3 coding, it's for AT+T, yet, I'm assuming it's based upon standards. Alot of info on Layer 3 coding. You just need to change it from Binary to Hex.
