Monitor screen blank?

Hey all,

My Manager is working fine, but when I click on the ICAN Monitor, it says "loading Repository...please wait" and then all I get is a white screen. I'm sort of new to all this, so thanks for any help or ideas. The version is 5.3

I don't think 5/3 is out yet, maybe 5.0.3 ?

But anyway,
Do you have plenty of RAM? It may just be slow and you may have to wait some time if you have limited resources, or you may not be able to load it at all if you don't have the available resources. I think 5.0.3 wants you to have 1 GB of RAM, so you may want to check that.
