monitor resolution automatic switching

hi, i have a 800x600 movie, cross-platform Mac/PC, and i want the projector, on launching, to automatically switch the monitor's resolution to 800x600 full screen...

any idea?

There's a xtra that do it DisplayRes Xtra extension(dispres.x32). Your director movie examine the resolution and if it's diferent you want, the xtra change (by lingo) the resolution temporaly and when the projector finish, the resolution return to the original setting. You can find this xtra and some examples
