monitor queues remotely

I have a client who uses Biztalk to integrate transactions into their accounting system. I need a way for the accounting users (not technical, not IT) to be able to monitor the queues so they know when an accounting transaction failed to integrate.

Is there a way to get Biztalk to send accounting an email when a transaction fails? Is there some sort of remote monitoring tool?
