MONITOR PROBLEMS WITH ME

WE ARE TRYING TO SET UP ME ON OUR PCI, CELERON PROCESSOR AND IT IS NOT ALLOWING US TO USE A VGA MONITOR WITH ANYTHING OTHER THAN 16 BIT COLOR. ARE THERE ANY OTHER SUGGESTIONS THAN VIDEO DRIVERS, AS THAT HAS NOT HELPED IN ANY WAY. THANK YOU!
