How can I monitor Outbound calls?

Is there a executive override option I can use? or addition software I need to purchase?

2400IPX system with

Exec override is a feature, But there is a catch,the phone the phone you want to monitor can not be call forwarded busy. The feature needs to see a busy before you can use the EXC overide feature codes or key
