I have a Fujitsu ErgoPro x174 monitor. Under windows 98 when i turn off the pc it briefly displays "signal out of range" before going into standby. Under XP this is not the case and it is difficult to get the moniitor to come out of standby when booting the pc. Usually I have to switch everything off at the mains and wait 30 secs+, sometimes having to do this several times. Can anyone give me a clue as to what is causing this please.
