Good afternoon to you all

I need your help

I have a couple hundred routers and circuits being monitored by Nagios. We have now started to implement some multiframe relay solutions.

The problem is, how do I monitor each individual circuit?

Here´s an example:

Interface IP-Address OK? Method Status Protocol
FastEthernet0/0 172.28.xxx.x YES NVRAM up up
FastEthernet0/1 unassigned YES NVRAM administratively down down
Serial0/1/0 unassigned YES NVRAM up up
Serial0/2/0 unassigned YES NVRAM down down
MFR1 unassigned YES NVRAM up up
MFR1.100 10.xxx.x.xx YES NVRAM up up
Loopback0 172.xx.xx.xxx YES NVRAM up up

As you can see this router is working with MFR1 that has 2 agregated serial interfaces. One of the circuit is currently down, and I´m not able to detect it, because nagios only pings the IP of MFR1. Does anybody know a way of monitoring the Serial interfaces?
