I search a solution to monitor the manager-phone lines on a 7961 without the Attendant Console or the IP Manager. Ist there any XML-Service or any other solutions? CCMExpress had the function monitor-line and CCM not ? :-(
I believe this is a feature in CCM 5.0. It's called Presence and you can look in the Corporate Directory and see the status of the phone before you call it.
Why can't you just make it a shared line on the phone of the person that will monitor the phone? Then they can see if the phone is busy or not, answer the calls if necessary, etc.?
