My computer spec is AMD 1.00 ghz, 256 RAM, 20 gig hard drive, geforce 2 graphics card.

Question
I've got win98SE installed. I just put in a new nvidia geforce 2 64MB graphics card. when i run games at 640x480 res the screen keeps flickering. When i run at higher res there is no prob. The refresh rate is set at optimal.

I also had this problem with my GeForce 2 64MB Video Card. I downloaded the newest drivers from NVidia and everything worked fine.

Otherwise the refresh rate causes flickering you can set it up to around 75MHz to 80MHz and it should also work fine. If you change the res you may need to adjust your refresh rate.

That could be doing it...and as in all things, there are tradeoffs (everything costs something)
Turning it on will slow your frame rate...but maybe will make it stop...
Experimenting with it costs nothing! LOL
