Hi, I'm writing a script about cpu usage logging.

I can't use neither top, nor sar or similar.

I'm now using ps in association with some awk stuff, but the result isn't good.

Can someone out there help me?

Tnx

There are various commands (available in Solaris) that may help you, eg:
iostat
mpstat
vmstat

Try them, look at the 'man' pages for them.

I hope that helps to get you started.

Yes, tnx, I'm already working around them, extracting data with awk, but my awk knowledge is very poor... like my english :p

Thank you
