hi folks,
having the following problem.
A server, set up with one physically NIC has several IP-Adresses configured on this device.
Now I would like to disable the older IPs from older VLANS that *might* not be longer in use.
But I can't guarantee that someone uses some of these
IPs.
How can I monitor what boxes in the net connect to those
interfaces so I would get a list of hosts that I have to reconfigure to use only the newer IP-Adress.
(I had a likely problem moving my DNS-Server and to find out what clients looking up for hostnames on the old DNS I could set the parameter logging..., something similar to that but for an IP Adress would be nice)
Thanx in advance.
