monitor agents from a option 61c to a sccs to NICE

How do I esnure (programming) that the Nortel Option 61c, SCCS, and NICE are programmed correctly to record agents? It seems that the programming in the PBX varies from phone to phone. What is the correct programming in the PBX? For example, whne I look at some phones, what shuld the programming be compared to>>any examples..??

For trunkside..

The TN of the phone you should have set AST and IAPG

The AST will relate to what keys you wish to monitor ie

AST 0 8 will monitor key 0 and Key 8

IAPG should be set to 1 and this will put the events onto the cti link.

so you have something like this:

then in the cls server there should be a devices and a dev map file with the extns and pos id's if its acd

It's not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with stupidity, and make it work for you.
