Is there anyone who knows of a simple application monitoring ACD agents on a 3300 ICP? You can do it with Agent Advisor and 61xx, but we have a customer who doesn't have it for the moment. The idea is that ACD agent ID's are put on screen with availability, ie logged-of / logged-on etc. It seems not to be possible to put ACD ID's under line keys, as you can do with normal phone numbers.
