Monitor ACD users on multi-line keys

Is there anyone who knows of a simple application monitoring ACD agents on a 3300 ICP? You can do it with Agent Advisor and 61xx, but we have a customer who doesn't have it for the moment. The idea is that ACD agent ID's are put on screen with availability, ie logged-of / logged-on etc. It seems not to be possible to put ACD ID's under line keys, as you can do with normal phone numbers.
 
That is correct.
You can set it up where the supervisor can see the status of the queue, but even that display is not dynamic (has to be manually refreshed) nor will it give you the login/logout status or busy/work/wrap status of individual agents.
The PBX does perform a periodic data dump out of predefined printer port. (Set up in system port assignment and application logical port assignment forms) The data spew is a little cryptic, but there is a document floating around somewhere that explains how to read the various fields. Armed with that data I'm sure someone could write a simple program in quick basic that might address your need.
