Monitor - Abstract Error (solved)

i tried to respond to this thread but it was closed


so i figured id start a new one with what worked for me

go to (C:\Users\<your user>\AppData\Roaming\Avaya\IP Office and delete the Monitor folder

when you start monitor it will recreate the folder and should work properly...
