Monitor a Call 1

Is there a way on a BCM 3.7 to monitor an outside call from a phone othere than the one the call originated on. I dont have ACD on this system.

You can use a Hunt group to monitor but only incoming to that hunt group.

You could turn Privacy off for that line. True Silent Monitoring of incoming and outgoing requires a Contact Center keycode.
