Here's an interesting one: I have Windows 2000 servers joined to a Windows 2003 active directory domain. Occasionally, and for no more than 60-90 secs, when an end user remote desktops/terminal services to one of the Windows 2000 servers from an XP Pro client, they, connect, and then at log-in, type their username/pw. When hitting ok, they get a message stating that the account is locked. Moments later, trying again, it logs into the server fine. Situation happens a few times a week, at various times with no related log entries. Now, the interesting part. If a user is already logged into one of the other servers on the same VLAN, with the Terminal Services Manager open, all the servers in the window get a red circle icon during the lapse. Phyiscal Lan connection, never drops though. Thanks for the feeback!
