MOM 2005 Availability Reporting Reports

According to my understanding the Availability Reporting reports the percentage of time that a system or application is in a running state. We're trying to get report of server up-time with percentage. It displays Please select a value for the parameter Report Name when I go to View Report. I can access to Report Name in Properties / Edit/ Parameters, but I am not sure what to put on the prompt string on Check the parameters that all users can change and choose a default value for each page.
If I deselect the parameters it says Parameter validation failed. It is not possible to provide valid values for all parameters. (rsParameterError)
I would appreciate help.
