MOLP Licensing Transition

Hey All,
I'm reviewing some licensing issues for a client that is slowly making a transition from OEM purchased licenses to MOLPs. I'd like to be able to use some of the features available with the MOLP software media (MSI and MST) installs in a universal build process but am wondering what the stance of MS is on the issue. Proof of licensure is maintained.

Any Insight would be appreciated
