MOL>Software Downloads

Hi,

Over the past week, I've attempted to download SX200 ICP software from the software downloads section of the MOL website. Each attempt failed when using my work desktop running Windows 7 and my work laptop running Windows 8. I'd click on the software links and nothing would happen. I gave it a shot on my home desktop which is running Windows Vista. That was successful! However, this morning I returned to the Software Downloads section of MOL to download additional software but found only one link for the 3300 ICP. No other platforms were listed today. That was not the case last week. I've notified MOL Support. I'm curious if anyone on these forums has had the same issues.

Same here. Reported to MOL admin. It's not unusual for MOL to have "issues" with various parts of the site from time to tome.

Also you can have issues depending on what release and flavor of browser you use. Had issues with IE getting a download. Switched to Firefox and no problem. Used a different machine with older browser latter in the week. No problem
