I've read through what has been previously posted and don't find my scenario. Apologize in advance if I missed. System is Avaya IP Office 500 v.2. Running version 11.0....on a windows 10 PC. MOH worked just fine until we put system on windows 10 PC - didn't realize it wasn't working until several days after the switch and upgrade to 11. File is resident in C:\program files\Avaya\Ipoffice\manager and is named HoldMusic.wav. It was previously named holdmusic.wav. The System source in Tones/Music is set to WAV and the file meets 8kHz/16 bit/mono/74 seconds. System has been rebooted multiple times.
However....the hold music does NOT play when placed on hold by the receptionist at the soft console. MOH plays on all phones when dialing *34 including phone attached to softconsole and when putting internal callers on hold or park. Anyone have any idea what is missing? I don't know what else to check or adjust.
