Hi guys;

i have a problem with this music-on-hold,is it possible to make another MOH for our switch. we have a meridian1 option 71 with 2 network groups and only have one MOH for both groups. Is there anybody who can help us on this, we already tried to creat one but it didnt work so i need somebody to help us....

Normally the answer is no, but I think JohnPoole said he has before, setting up different MOH trunks per network group.

You can have different MOH in ACD groups no problem.

each group can have it's own moh as well as a unique moh per rdb.. for network groups. just do a ltm on you moh route. that will show a trunk in each group. usually all trunks in the route have the same music source, but you can use a different music source for each of those trunks..

that's not that common but it is documented.. i did have to put unique moh on routes for a larger business. each branch of the business has it's own advertisement on hold.. each route had it's own 1800 number. your internal music can be a different route then your routes as well

correct me if i'm wrong, so what i'm gonna do is remove tn:13 0 1 1 from rout10 and put it to rout22 and that would be the MOH for my second network group....am i right?
then put the second music source to that TN....

If ever i'm wrong can somebody show how to program it and i would be very thanksful for your help......
