MOH will not change when going through MBG

MCD and MiCollab both at latest software
When my sets go through MBG, changing call coverage service or zone will not change what plays on MOH. It will only play the default embedded MOH
When my sets DO NOT go through MBG, MOH works properly to whatever I have programmed in Call coverage services or Zones
Sets are Minet 5340e and also UCA SIP softphone. I cannot see any options I can change in MBG.

Any suggests?
