MOH Thru FXO Port

In order to provide MOH thru an FXO port on the router in a CCM install, I need to find an external device to provide isolation/loop current from the cd player RCA jack output to the FXO port. Has anyone configured this and suggestions where I can find an isolation/battery device to make this work. Unfortunatly I can't use an E&M port for MOH.
