MOH source to a CO trunk Port

I need to provide MOH thru an CO trunk port (FXO port on a CISCO router) I need to find a device to provide isolation/loop current from the cd player RCA jack output to the CO trunk port. Has anyone configured this and suggestions where I can find an isolation/battery device to make this work.

if you can't locate one in your area, grab a transformer off the back of any valcom speaker, does the same thing
