MOH sound distorded.

Hopping someone has a idea as to what this issue could be.
Got a partner 6.0 with 11 pots lines, received call that MOH sounded bad.
Checked MOH device and it sounds good, did a F19 on phone music sound like its supposed to.
replaced MOH device(no change)
replaced processor (No change)
so far the only thing I can think of is the phone lines but I dont know.
has anyone had a similar issue and what wwas the fix.

Could be the moh cord being used. I had a cust that had a similar issue where the volume would drop in and out. Turned out the cord was for stereo and they had (1) side plugged to the Partner. Anytime the music went to the other side of the cord, it would drop out on the Partner. Swapped the cord with a mono cord and that fixed it.

Who reported it as sounding bad, and what type of phone/line were they using when they called?

I've found that calling from a cell phone, and all of the VOIP/SIP protocols on the back end makes MOH sound terrible

after testing it seems like all calls get some distortion, some more than others,
the cord is a mono rca to rca,
the trunks are analog but they do come off a adtran router, so they come in as 2 T1s.

Does the customer have any stand-alone POTs lines that can be borrowed for test purposes
