MOH problem

Can dial default short code *34 and hear moh ok, but when caller dials in and is put on hold it does not play, 2.1.15.
Had 1 site previously on same version with this prob that a reboot would restore moh, but now have 1 where this does not. Hardware or software??? Not been onsite to ug/down grade or default yet

Either go up to 2.1.248901 or down to 2.0.18

This may or may not resolve the problem (suspect it will) but the above lines are true regardless.

BTW peter it may be wrth mentioning that V2.1(15) is not a version of firmware to use
