MOH Playlist Edit Failure

Hi,
I'm having problem editing playlist of MOH files in rls 6 BCM50 and 450. Even removing or adding "silence" returns playlist failure.
I have the latest Desktop-003, System-016 smart update patches installed. Could somebody shed some light on it.

I'm going to restore IP Music to Factory Default.
