MOH players for CM5

I have several sites (CM5 and IPO) with the Nel-Tech labs TelLink 700 music-on-hold players. Some are branded Avaya, some are not.

Has anyone managed to obtain a legitimate copy of the loading software from Nel-Tech labs? They apparently will not sell the WinLink™ Communications Appliance (WCA) and/or the WinLink controller software to the end user.
