MOH not playing in one of my UCCX CSQ's

We have mayn CSQ's, and all the scripts have been copied the same, only modifying the CTI Trigger. I have one CSQ, and when you get put on hold, the MOH does not play. It's dead air.

I've looked at the Application Management, Script Management, Prompt Management, and CTI Route Point in CCM.

Any suggestions?

 
is this for your call center? if so I had this problem and ended up putting the moh on the server. go to prompt management/upload new prompts then to application managment and change queueMOHPrmt to the new moh.

you upload this to the call center server not the cm server. this is done through the crsadmin web page then reference the instructions above.
