MOH loaded on DT700 (SV8300)

Hi gurus
Under which conditions MOH loaded to dt700 set could be heard by external/internal callers?
I loaded a file to the set (it can be played as Ring Tone I checked), changed User settings from Defauklt to Download but whenever I call this set and when on hold I hear "When the saints go..." melody. Checked with the documentation but did not get it, sorry.

The music file for on hold loaded onto a phone is what the the user of that phone hears when they are put on hold not what other people hear when that phone puts someone on hold.
