MY
how do i initiate M-O-H for acd queue calls???
Currently my system has voice announcement but between first que ann to second que ann i get a ringing tone instead of M-O-H ( for internal calls) but from external i do have M-O-H working.

On which parameters do i have to change??
GRP=6789
LIM=5
SERV=1010
TRAF=15
SEL=11010
QUE=001020101
QIC=
SAT=NO
ACTC=180

In the SERV parameter the MOH is stated this settings say NO MOH !!!

Settings:

SERV=D1D2D3D4

D4 -> 0 = no MOH
1 = MOH is provided
2 = MOH only is user got RVA

So you have to change it to 1011

Hello,

MDUSER, DBC3214 is talking about ACD group. So the serv parameter you're giving is from a huntgroup.

D3 in the SERV parameter is correct, 1 = MOH provided.

Do you hear RVA message when you're calling from internal?
Are this teh same messages as calling from external?

Greetings,

Yes i do get the same message for internal and external calls which thats what i want, but i don't have any M-O-H for internal calls to ACD. It works fine for calls from external, the M-O-H & RVA is there.

Is there any patches or any parameters for me to change???

Thanks,
DBC3214.
