Partner ACS: I remember having this problem before with the MOH RCA interface cable but I am not sure if it is the same thing.
I plug in an RCA cable with the other ent going to a new and verified music source. Nothing on Parnter. Checked to make sure both volume is at max and that MOH is set for ACTIVE. Still not MOH.
The last time I think that the RCA plug had to be a LONGER plug, I think. In that the shorter RCA tips were not able to reach all the way inside the jack on the PROC board.
Is this correct. Has anyone else had this problem or am I missing something here?
