Partner ACS: I remember having this problem before with the MOH RCA interface cable but I am not sure if it is the same thing.

I plug in an RCA cable with the other ent going to a new and verified music source. Nothing on Parnter. Checked to make sure both volume is at max and that MOH is set for ACTIVE. Still not MOH.

The last time I think that the RCA plug had to be a LONGER plug, I think. In that the shorter RCA tips were not able to reach all the way inside the jack on the PROC board.

Is this correct. Has anyone else had this problem or am I missing something here?

try trimming the boot on the rca jack where it plugs into the ACS, somtimes the standard plastic boot dosnt let it plug in far enough

the ole pocket knife and a couple of min trimming will do the trick

That did the trick! Thanks!

Wonder what the Partner people were thinking? Maybe they can make a few more pennies off of folks ordering the "special MOH" cable like the super secret fuse inside the carrier.

Thanks again for the help!

probaly more a engineeer not taking the boot into consedertion rather than a diablical plot

do they evan sell a moh cable ?

I buy a RCA to stereo headphone adapter and then a stereo headphone cable that has the same plug on both ends. Looks clean and works great.
