MOH button..how to?

I have a customer who is far from me and they have a lucent system and they tell me that most of the phones the MOH button works except 2 phones, has a button labled but does not work.
What is the procedure to get it to work....I will be talking them thru it over the phone.
I am a Norstar programmer just getting into the Avaya systems and I am told you can have them program while talking to me on the set?

Your customer can do this from the phone while they are talking to you, provided they are not using speaker phone.
Have them press Feature 00, press the Background Music button, press Feature 19, press Feature 00 to exit programming.
