Is there anyway to electronically adjust the gain +/- through a Manager setting?

Our line audio feed is obviously too hot and is getting complaints from callers that it's too loud.

MOH should be connected to the headphone jack on the audio source, you can then adjust the volume on the audio source.

What kind of audio source do you use? I use a line out from my computer sound card to the MOH. Then use winamp to play our music. It gives me total control of all the levels. Then if there are anychanges to the MOH music, the marketing dept just put the file in a specified folder and it plays.

Trun the sound down on winamp or in sound setting in control panel and adjust the WAV vol leve. Make a call into the system ask them to put you on hold then do the change until you find the right leve.

There seems to be something strange with 412's and MOH running V2.0(16) when queuing between queuing messages you may or may not hear the hold music, *34 works everytime.
I am now seeing this @ 2 412's sites.
