MOH at Remote Site

Does anyone know of a way to change the MOH for all the phones at a remote site without having to go in and change every phone? We are running CallManager 4.2.3.

Setting the device pool in that region to another MRGL should solve your problem.

Well, if you change the main source that they are all using it will update them, but if you are wanting to add a new souce and keep the one they are using currently the only other way would probably be BAT.

actually if the MOH settings are set on the device, that setting overwrites the device pool.

The settings are set on the device. So is my only option to change the MOH (to something different) is by using the bat tool?

Or rename the new MOH file the same as the existing one (assumming you don't need the old one).

I never set the moh on the device and you cant set it on the DP. but use common device configuration. then with one change you can push out the new moh to all devices.
