Config:
Main Site: S8720s, (2) G650s, MOH source, (3) PRI
Remote Site: S8300 LSP, (2) G700s, MOH source, (2) PRI
Connection: Gig fiber between sites - system is all IP.

Problem: MOH from remote site plays when sta-to-sta calls
are put on hold at main site. Calls into extensions
at main site get the right music when on hold (local PRI call).
Calls into remote site get the right music when on
hold (again, local PRI to that site).

The customer does not want to play hold music over VoIP.
I know what the docs say, but the MOH source closest to the inbound trunk is not playing.

I have verified that both sources are working.

Any ideas?

Does anyone know what it means when a 9600 IP phone boots up and the display reads enter command:

stinkyshoes,

i've seen that picture on 4621, avaya said that's some kind of special "command mode". try to mute-RESET it, if that's not working, try to reboot it physically. if nothing helps, send it to avaya, they'll fix it.
