Module Windows will not open. 'Appsec.dll missing' error.

Using Epicor Financial Suite and Distribution Suite. I am trying to add a New User, but when I click on System Management > Utilities > User Login, I receive the hourglass for about 10 seconds, and then nothing. Recently, I've started getting an error saying that the process could no complete because AppSec.dll is not installed.

Any ideas?
