module install error - perlglob not recognized

Using ActivePerl 5.00404 on Win2kAS. Tried to install the
Net::Telnet module but ran into the following error and not sure what I need to do. Any help is much appreciated.

C:\temp\telnet\Net-Telnet-3.03>nsperl Makefile.PL
Checking if your kit is complete...

Looks good

'perlglob' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

Writing Makefile for Net::Telnet

C:\temp\telnet\Net-Telnet-3.03>cd ..
 
You're not using ppm to maintain modules for ActivePerl? Mike

Figured it out, nsperl.exe was in the path but the bin directory wasn't. Thanks for trying to help!
