I am attempting to figure out if it is possible to write a script that will fo the following:

1) Scan my table of asset information for assets with less than 60 days remaining on their service contracts.
2) For each one found, email the designated employee to let them know their service contract is due (include the asset description and PO# to let them know exactally what asset we mean)
3) Repeat the process for the whole table. Emailing each person with just their information.

Is this something that can be done? If so, are there any examples of code out there I could "borrow"?

Yes it can be done. You will need a Recordset and SendObject. A search in the Access fora and FAQs for SendObject should give you lots of examples.
