Has anyone deployed Modular Messaging? We are attempting it here and have run into alot of issues. If anyone has done this successfully with little issues please let me know your secrets. Thanks!!

Yes, I have deployed MM successfully. That's not to say that MM doesn't have issues.
My advice is to read the manually thoroughly. Install it in a lab environment FIRST, if you have that luxury.
Be sure that you have your schedule "A" completed. (Not just in your head ;-)
Follow the PBX config notes to the letter. The CN are not absolutely correct but should get you down the path in case you have to call for support.
