Modular Messaging 1

I have an Octel 250 with Visual Messenging.
I am looking into a way to send an e-mail notification to our Outlook mail when there is a voice message. I was told that there is a product "Modular Messaging".
Since our Octel system connects to our Network Server "Visual Messenging" I believe that we would not need to get a Network card for the Octel.
What else would be required?
If possible estimated cost?

There is a OctelDesigner application already built by Mutare called EVM that will do e-mail notification when messages are left in mailboxes. Modular Messaging is Avaya's new product that is replacing the Octel 250. Modular Messaging has an Outlook addin as well as "Notify Me" which sends email notifications when messages are left. I would probably look at the cost of each solution as well as the fact that Avaya has already annouced End of Life on the Octel 250 to decided which direction you want to go.

Also, if you are already using Visual Messenger on your Octel 250 then you would have the LAN card in your 250 as well as the Octel Access Server.
