Does anyone have Avaya Modular messaging web client working with Firefox(ESR 24.2.0) ? We have it working fine with IE. This is on a Windows XP machine with MMS Web Client version 5.2. What happens when we open it with fire fox is the server field is about half the size and we are unable to select a server in that field. Does anyone know how I can get it working with the firefox browser ?
Thanks in advance

I just tried it on 2 systems with Firefox 26.0 and it worked fine.

When you say it is on a XP machine do you means the end user ?

Yes, I was talking about the end user when i mentioned they are using XP. It does not open with firefox 24

i don't have a way to test with Firefox 24 unless you have a link to it so i can download the older version.

Good Morning

Accoording to what I have been reading the firefox 24.2esr is suppose to line up to firefox 26 mainline release ? We are using ESR ( Extended Support Release )

Does it do this on all machines or just the ones with XP ?

This would seem to be something to do with the way Firefox is looking at the .ASP files. Are you getting any error messages or just the blank pull down menu ?

This is happening on all machines which includes XP and Windows 7

No error messages just the shortened and blank server field. I am starting to think maybe it has something to do with the ESR version of Firefox ?
