Does anyone know if we can use the Provision tool to retrieve subscribers from a R3.1 MM/MSS to input them into a new R5.2 MM/MSS? If so, any docs on how to? Thanks...

I think you can use the Mailbox Manager for this one. How did u get the Provision Tool? I need it to import/export thousands of vector steps.

I believe it is something you pay for on an ongoing basis. My company has a license for it...
