I am finding it difficult to locate any documentation from Avaya on this type of procedure. The only thing that ATAC will send me is a pro services brochure that says they can migrate everything including message, announcements, and database from MM3-5 all the way to AAM6.1. If the customer needs everything am I stuck going with Pro Services? I have been looking on the Partner Portal for some migration guides but can't find anything. Looking for some words of wisdom.
thanks

At this point the tool (And i am not sure it really exists) can be used by Pro services.

a migration does not really exist for this. The best way to do this is to pull the info from the MM (Hopefully a MSS backend) then upload the mailbox info to the aura system.

Then you can setup a remote between the MM and the Aura so the users can forward any messages they want or need to the new aura system.

they will still need to setup the new mailbox on the aura as nothing will transfer over.
