We will be migrating to the Modular Messaging Voicemail system in about two months. I currently have a test S3400 in our lab and I'm having trouble with a few things, but one in particular I'm looking for help on. The S3400 is connected via QSIG PRI to an Avaya S8700. When the S3400 uses the Call Me App to page on urgent, I am not receiving an ANI on my cell phone. Since the system is dialing out on a member of a trunk group, it would seem that I need to attach an ANI to the trunk group for outbound calls. I have tried setting the number in the origin number in the QSIG setup for PBX configuration, but that didn't work, and I haven't had any luck finding where to set it at in the S8700. I would appreciate any suggestions you all may have.
