Modular Messaging Report on Mailbox Usage

Hi

Within Modular Messaging (5.2) is there a way to report on the number of messages received to each mailbox by day/month? I believe it can be done individually but need to report each mailboxes monthly activity and don't wish to do this one by one.

Have you tried to use the MM Reporting Tool? It will only report on data it has generated transactions for (typically done daily) and only has a certain amount of days of transactions, I think the default is 30 days. Check your Tracing settings in the VMSC to see how many days of transactions you are keeping (Transaction Generation tab).

Assuming of course your Tracing service is functioning properly.
