Does anyone have experience with Modular Messaging integrated to Nortel Option 11c using the Linear Hunt digital set-emulation? Please provide any feedback good or bad. I have not set up Modular Messaging with this type of integration before and am interested to hear feed back from anyone who has as to whether it was a good/bad experience and if there are any "quirks" involved. Thanks

I have set a few up and have not had any trouble other than the MWI can be slow. You should only set the MWI to 6 or 8 MWI's a minute.

The cabling to the card can be cumbersome as well. The card comes with the cable to plug in to it but you need to use a block or just RJ 11 jacks to plug in the other end of the cable from the Dialogic card. I can look up the part numbers if you need them.

How many users on the system? Also if you can I would use the ACD and not the Linear hunt just to spread out the traffic. Also if they are going to be networking the PBX to a Nortel IP PBX the 11c will not pass the MWI to the IP PBX due to a Nortel decision to not allow it for anything other than a crash pilot
