Modular Messaging- Greeting Changes Without User Doing It

The above referenced thread did not have any responses but I have had 2 reports of this from the same user. Her greeting states is it about a month later and she'll be late. I accessed her box and her recorded name is also different but she recorded it. This happened about a month ago and when I checked behind her, it was fine. Today, I'm hearing the same thing she is - she says she did not even access her box. The recording is her voice by the way.

MM5.2 w/Exchange Back-end.

I think I figured it out - will wait and see. The user had an optional greeting recorded. I read these can be set to answer if busy or RNA...my guess is that was set up accidentally so I deleted the greeting.
