Modular Messaging Fax Issue - Sending as TIFF

We are just starting to implement Modular Messaging in our organization. We have gotten the fax feature up and running, however when the fax is sent to someone's email account the image comes as a huge TIFF file and the server rejects it. How do we modify settings to change the file format of the fax being sent?

I have looked and a tiff is the only file formate for faxing in the mma system. You ca set a rule in the Email system to allow it from the server name that you are using for the MSS.
